Registration, Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

The DonDon Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through education, advocacy, training, and supportive services. Registration fees and donations directly support our mission and help us provide high-quality programs and resources.

Donations

All donations made to the DonDon Foundation are voluntary, tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and non-refundable.

## Event Registration

Some events are offered free of charge, while others require a registration fee or minimum donation to reserve your space.

Registration is considered complete once payment (if applicable) has been received and confirmation has been issued.

## Participant Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event, please notify us as soon as possible.

Registration fees and donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances occur.

## Registration Transfers

Participants may request to:

- Transfer their registration to another individual, or

- Transfer their registration to a future offering of the same program (when available).

Requests must be submitted before the scheduled event by emailing admin@dondonfoundation.org.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to program availability, capacity, and administrative approval.

## Event Changes or Cancellation by the DonDon Foundation

The DonDon Foundation reserves the right to:

- Reschedule an event

- Change instructors, speakers, or locations

- Modify event formats (including virtual delivery when appropriate)

- Cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control

If the Foundation cancels an event, registered participants may receive one of the following:

- A transfer to the rescheduled event

- A credit toward a future program

- A refund of any required registration fee (excluding voluntary donations)

## Online Courses & Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, purchases of:

- Online courses

- Digital downloads

- Templates

- Educational resources

- Certification materials

are non-refundable once access has been provided.

## Certification Programs

Certification application fees, examination fees, and credentialing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific certification agreement.

Participants are responsible for meeting all attendance, participation, and program requirements.

## Vendor & Sponsorship Fees

Vendor registrations, sponsorships, and exhibitor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the DonDon Foundation.

## Exceptional Circumstances

The DonDon Foundation may make exceptions in cases involving serious illness, family emergencies, military service, or other extraordinary circumstances. Requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.
